Jack Devine is the Principal Partner of Artists Circle Fine Art. For the past 25 years, Jack has been providing artwork and art services to thousands of clients both in the US and abroad. His understanding and appreciation of art began in college when he took courses at the Maryland Institute of Art as part of his B.A. degree from Loyola College in Baltimore. Jack is known for his ability to work with both corporate clients and artists in providing creative and sophisticated art solutions. Jack is a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). He is also President of the Montgomery County Historical Society (June 2008). Jack and his wife Joanna Devine have four children and live in Potomac, Maryland.
